Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days, then delivery takes about 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are in Egypt.

Soak the gel balls in water for 3 to 4 hours. They grow to full size, soft and ready to fire. Do not use them dry.

The gels are non toxic and evaporate clean, so there are no stains and no cleanup. We still strongly recommend eye protection for everyone playing. Competition models are 18+ only.

Gel blasters and similar replica products are intended for users aged 18 and over. Competition grade blasters are strictly 18+.

Yes. Every blaster is inspected and tested before it ships, and every product carries our 6-month warranty against manufacturing faults. If something is wrong when it arrives, send us photos through the contact page within 48 hours and we will replace or refund it. Faults that appear later are covered by the 6-month warranty: we repair or replace the item.

Returns and exchanges are for items that arrive damaged, faulty or wrong. Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace or refund it, and cover the shipping. After that, manufacturing faults are covered by our 6-month warranty. We do not accept returns for a change of mind. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.

Premium blasters are high end and realistic, built for looks and feel. Competition blasters are tournament grade with metal internals and the highest range, and they are 18+ only.

Every gel blaster ships with its battery and charger, and most models include a starter pack of gel balls. The exact contents are listed on each product page.

Take the battery out if the blaster is being put away for more than a few days, charge it with the charger it came with, and do not leave it charging overnight. A battery that swells or stops holding a charge is finished and should not be forced.

Check three things in order: the battery is charged, the gel balls were soaked for 3 to 4 hours so they are full size and soft, and the magazine is empty of dried fragments from the last session. That covers most of what gets reported. If it is none of those, send us a message from the contact page.

Yes. A pack of 10,000 hardened gel balls is EGP 700, and magazines, metal muzzles and CO2 capsules are in the blaster accessories collection.
