- Sale or discounted items (unless defective).
Exchange Process
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us with clear photos or videos showing the issue. Once approved, we will arrange the exchange.
Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund processing time may take 5–7 working days.
Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If the issue is from our side, we will cover the exchange shipping.
